Exchange & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. Items may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size or style within 21 days of the date your order is delivered.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition and must be unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item appears to have been worn, washed, dried, damaged, or otherwise used.

Free Returns & Exchanges

For domestic returns and exchanges, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping.

For exchanges, once the returned item is received and approved, we will send the requested replacement size or style.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned items only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized hockey jerseys
• Personalized team hoodie orders

To begin a return or exchange, email Sarah at Sarah@SotaStickCo.com within 21 days of delivery. Please include your order number and let us know whether you would like a return or exchange.
